1. Who we are

This site is operated by OnTask Education (ABN 42 365 514 409) (“OnTask Education”, “we”, “us”), based in Perth, Western Australia. By using this site or purchasing from us you agree to these terms, our privacy policy, our refunds policy and, for papers, our product licence terms.

2. What we sell

We sell digital revision products: original ATAR exam papers written to the current WACE syllabus, each with a complete marking guide, along with one-on-one tutoring sessions and professional services for teachers (workshops and exam marking). Our papers are original works written by current West Australian specialist teachers; they are not official examination papers and we are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the School Curriculum and Standards Authority.

3. Prices and payment

All prices on this site are shown in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment for papers and tutoring is taken online by card at the time of purchase or booking, processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not see or store your card details. Teacher services are quoted and invoiced per engagement.

4. Digital delivery and your account

Papers are delivered as digital downloads immediately after payment, and are also saved to an account library keyed to your purchase email so you can re-download them at any time. You are responsible for the accuracy of the email address you provide at checkout.

5. Licensing and licence identifiers

Every paper is supplied under our individual-use licence: it is licensed for use solely by the purchasing party, for that party’s own revision, and must not be shared, reproduced or uploaded. So that each copy can be tied to its purchase, the files you download carry order-linked licence identifiers. By purchasing, you accept the licence and this identification.

6. Tutoring

Tutoring sessions are booked and paid online. Rescheduling and cancellation are governed by the tutoring section of our refunds policy. Tutors are engaged for the booked session only; ongoing arrangements are made by making further bookings.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the site or its products in breach of the product licence;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data;
• use automated tools to scrape, harvest or bulk-download content; or
• resell or commercially exploit any product without our written agreement.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site (papers, marking guides, page content and branding) is owned by OnTask Education or its licensors. Purchasing grants the licence described in the licence terms, nothing more.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to section 9, our total liability in connection with a product or service is limited to resupplying it or refunding the amount you paid for it. Our papers are revision aids: we make no representation about any academic result.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
